STI Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

Our growing physical therapy practice is looking for a Physical Therapy Technician to join our therapy team in the Phoenix area! This is great opportunity for experienced people or entry level for those hoping to advance themselves and gain experience in the healthcare, physical therapy and rehabilitation settings.

- Assist physical therapists with patient care and exercise programs
- Set up equipment and maintain a clean, organized treatment area
- Provide encouragement and support to patients throughout their sessions
- Help with scheduling, documentation, and basic administrative and support tasks
- Take initiative to ensure the clinic flows smoothly and patients feel welcome
Who You Are:
- Personable and professional, with excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Outgoing and able to build rapport quickly with patients and coworkers
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently and as part of a team
- Eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment
- Prior experience in a healthcare or fitness setting is a plus, but not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate!
Preferred But Not Required Bonus For:
- massage therapy training
- experience or education in personal training, exercise science, athletic training, kinesiology or similar fields.
- Bonus pay for a Bachelors degree
- Bilingual

* Full, part-time, PRN and flexible hrs per week but would consider full-time for the right person. Or, job share/split. May require travel between clinics.

We proudly have grown from one clinic location to 10 in that time period. Our patient population and referral base is extremely diverse. Our staff consists of a team of well-trained physical and occupational therapists, athletic trainers, physical and occupational therapy assistants, certified hand therapists, exercise physiologists and rehab technicians. Our facilities are some of the best equipped in the state. We have a strong presence in Yuma, AZ (2 clinics) as well as in the Phoenix metro area.
