Job Summary:
The Admissions Representative will support student recruitment and enrollment activities by conducting campus tours and assisting prospective students through the full-cycle admissions process. This role ensures that admissions activities and student records are maintained in compliance with applicable school policies, accreditation standards, privacy requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Duties/Essential Functions:
- Serves as the first point of contact for prospective students by fostering a professional, welcoming, and student-focused environment that reflects the school’s mission, culture, and values.
- Responds promptly and professionally to phone, email, and online inquiries regarding programs, admissions requirements, curriculum, faculty, student outcomes, and career opportunities; distributes admissions materials and schedules campus tours and appointments.
- Conducts admissions interviews with prospective students to assess qualifications, evaluate eligibility, and build positive relationships that support informed enrollment decisions.
- Guides prospective students through the enrollment and admissions process, including completing required documentation and maintaining accurate student records and files.
- Prepares, processes, and distributes graduation documentation, including graduation packets, official transcripts, verification of education requests, and required graduate documentation submissions to regulatory agencies.
- Assists in planning, coordination, and execution of student recruitment initiatives, community outreach activities, and admissions events to support enrollment goals.
- Supports Career Services activities by maintaining and updating employment resources, monitoring job board postings, placement verification, and assisting with employer and graduate engagement efforts as directed.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of student, graduate, and employee information in compliance with applicable privacy standards, policies, and procedures.
- Communicates operational concerns, student issues, and recommended solutions to the Admissions Director and Campus Director in a timely and professional manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize competing responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, as well as Google Workspace platforms and general office technology.
- Ability to maintain a professional, positive, and service-oriented demeanor while interacting with students, employees, and the public.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve established admissions and operational objectives.
- Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
Education & Experience:
- Active Utah Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) preferred.
- Previous experience in admissions, recruiting, sales, marketing, customer service, or related relationship-building roles preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds independently.
