Job Summary
This role is responsible for the oversight of company-owned tanks and related equipment loaned to customers. The position ensures proper deployment, compliance, inventory control, billing accuracy, and operational readiness of all tank assets. The role acts as a key coordination point between sales, operations, inventory management, and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Approval & Documentation
· Review and approve or reject customer project requests involving loaned tanks and equipment
· Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place prior to deployment
· Create and manage tank loaned agreements within the accounting system
· Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards
· Oversee safe assembly of tank systems, ensuring proper installation of transfer equipment and strict adherence to company and regulatory safety standards
Inventory & Equipment Oversight
· Coordinate with Inventory Supervisor to maintain appropriate stock levels of tanks and accessories
· Ensure all tanks are properly outfitted with required components prior to delivery
· Monitor tank utilization to prevent shortages or overallocation
Regulatory Compliance
· Manage registration and removal of tanks with applicable state environmental agencies
· Maintain compliance documentation and ensure all equipment meets regulatory requirements
Billing Responsibilities
· Monitor monthly volumes and enforce contractual fees when volume thresholds are not met
· Ensure accurate billing for deliveries, pick-ups, and related services
Qualifications
· Previous experience in operations, logistics, inventory, or equipment coordination preferred
· Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred
· Microsoft Office knowledge: Outlook, Word, Excel
· License and vehicle to drive
