The Concierge plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This position is responsible for front desk reception, resident service coordination, and general administrative support. As the first point of contact, the Concierge is essential in supporting the overall satisfaction and smooth operations of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Resident Services
Greet and assist all residents, visitors, vendors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly.
Monitor visitor sign-in/out procedures per DHS 83 and community protocols.
Provide information about community events, dining, services, and amenities.
Assist residents with scheduling appointments, transportation, and services.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain up-to-date records, forms, and community information at the front desk.
Distribute mail/packages and assist with light clerical duties as needed.
Communicate maintenance requests or work orders to appropriate departments.
Assist in preparing materials for events, meetings, and resident communication.
Safety & Compliance
Monitor entryways and report any safety or security concerns immediately.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations and resident rights.
Support emergency response procedures, including drills and visitor tracking during incidents.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; additional administrative or hospitality training a plus.
Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to sit, stand, and move around the community for extended periods.
May require occasional evening, weekend, or holiday availability.
