As Director of Nursing, you will play a vital leadership role in overseeing all nursing operations and ensuring the highest standards of care throughout the center.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and supporting nursing staff
Ensuring quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes
Overseeing staffing, regulatory compliance, and clinical programs
Collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care
Driving quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
Current CPR certification
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
At least 1 year of long-term care experience
Prior supervisory or nursing leadership experience
Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills
Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing preferred
