Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Finance
- Healthcare Administration
- or a related business field
- Minimum 3 years of Workday experience in a healthcare business/accounting environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting practices and GAAP
- Experience with General Ledger accounting and financial reconciliation
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and enter journal entries into the General Ledger
- Analyze and reconcile General Ledger accounts
- Reconcile transactions between subsidiary ledgers and the General Ledger
- Support accurate monthly/period-end financial statement closing
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and GAAP
- Assist with financial forecasting and projecting future financial needs
- Support senior leaders and directors with financial resource management
- Assist with capital and operating budget planning
- Assist with or process payroll functions
Remote Work Requirements
- Remote work requires supervisor approval
- Successful completion of the required training/trial period
- Reliable internet connection with minimum 20 Mbps speed
- Must use the required VMware Horizon or VPN connection depending on the equipment provided
- Employee must comply with the facility's telework and remote-access policies
Additional Information
- Orientation: Every 2 weeks

Best Candidate: An experienced healthcare accountant with 3+ years of Workday experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting/business/finance, and strong hands-on experience with General Ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll.
Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per week
