Key Responsibilities:
- Learn our farming practices and share the story with customers.
- Source quality products from other local/regional farms with the same integrity.
- Build strong customer relationships rooted in trust and transparency.
- Manage online sales and ensure order accuracy.
- Oversee retail operations, from stocking to customer checkout.
- Support product marketing and promotions, telling the story of food that’s grounded in the land.
- Be adaptable—whether it’s lending a hand wherever needed on the farm or with the team.
