Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for order processing and payments
- Follow food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate shortages or issues promptly
- Enforce responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication
Skills
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations gracefully
- Previous restaurant or bar experience demonstrating proficiency in beverage preparation and guest interaction
- Familiarity with POS systems for quick and accurate order processing
- Ability to follow detailed procedures related to food safety management and sanitation standards
- Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and guests alike
