Position: Senior Project Manager -NEPA & NHPA Services

Minimum Qualifications:
B.S. or B.A. in biology, archaeology, architecture history or other environmental science discipline. 7+ years of relevant experience.
Position:
We are seeking a responsible and exceptional individual to join our team of professionals. Nominal travel in state may be required. Infrequent additional travel for meetings, etc. may be required. The position will have the potential for advancement based on technical competence, dedication, management abilities and achieving established goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Environmental Regulatory Compliance projects included NEPA Assessments, providing technical guidance to staff, reviewing reports and other work products, preparing project cost estimates, and working with other senior staff to ensure project success. Projects will primarily include to telecommunications, fiber and broadband deployment projects.
The position requires a proven track record of technical expertise, industry competency, honed project/people management skills, experience on telecommunications/utility related projects, as well as achieving performance, capability, and workload goals.

The right individual needs to be forward thinking, able to meet strict deadlines, adhere to budgetary constraints, work with little supervision, and be able to work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be proficient in computer skills and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft software. Excellent technical writing abilities are essential.
Candidate Metrics:
- Expert in NEPA and NHPA compliance.
- Familiarity or expertise with FCC and NTIA NEPA and NHPA rules (preferred).
- Familiarity with telecom industry (preferred).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
