Tampa Attorney seeks an associate attorney with at least 3 years of transactional experience in Technology and or Heathcare regulations. Position is in-office.
Primary practice areas are Healthcare IT and Data Privacy and Security. Representing doctors, hospitals, software developers, and IT vendors, advising on regulations concerning the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark, physician fee splitting, and privacy and security laws including HIPAA, NIST, and state data breach notification.
Pay will be based on relevant experience along with comprehensive medical and dental benefits, paid time off, and a 401K match.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
