Chemical Processor / Painter – Aerospace Industry
Location: South Windsor, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + Overtime
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour

Employment Solutions is hiring for a leading aerospace company in South Windsor, CT! We’re looking for a dedicated Chemical Processor/Painter to join a high-performing team focused on quality, precision, and innovation in the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical processing, surface preparation, and painting of aerospace components
- Follow strict safety and quality protocols in accordance with industry standards
- Operate equipment such as paint sprayers, ovens, and chemical tanks
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, sanding, and applying coatings
- Monitor and maintain proper chemical concentrations and documentation
- Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure flawless execution
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in chemical processing, industrial painting, or manufacturing preferred
- Comfortable working with chemicals and in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Must be vaccinated from Covid- 19
