Are you creative, outgoing, and passionate about connecting with families? Children's Lighthouse in Hoover is looking for a Part-Time Marketing & Enrollment Specialist to help grow our school through community outreach, marketing, and exceptional customer service.
Welcome and tour prospective families
Follow up with enrollment inquiries and guide families through the enrollment process
Manage leads through our CRM and maintain communication with prospective families
Create engaging social media content and help maintain our online presence
Coordinate marketing events, open houses, and community partnerships
Represent Children's Lighthouse at local community events
Assist with promotional materials, newsletters, and family communications
Track enrollment goals and marketing efforts
Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic personality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Experience with social media platforms and basic graphic design (Canva is a plus)
Sales, marketing, admissions, or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
Passion for early childhood education and serving families
Part-Time (approximately 20–30 hours per week)
Some evenings and occasional weekends for special events
