The Legal Support Development Program provides students with an opportunity to expand their knowledge and gain practical experience beyond the classroom. Participants will work alongside experienced business professionals as part of an integrated team, delivering exceptional support to our attorneys, business professionals, and clients. This opportunity is open in our Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and DC office.
Primary Responsibilities

Learn and manage various filing systems

Prepare legal documents

Create and maintain attorney client files

Communicate and collaborate effectively with business professionals and attorneys

Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Participate in specialized training based on interest and demonstrated competence
Academic Requirements
-
Enrolled in a legal studies program, or relevant pre-law major

Minimum GPA: 2.5

Technical Knowledge

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements

Remain stationary for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks such as working at computer

Ability to move throughout the office to attend meetings, access files, collaborate with colleagues, and use standard office equipment, including but not limited to; printers, copiers, scanners.

Ability to move files, documents, supplies, or materials up to 25 pounds

Ability to transport materials using carts, dollies, or other appropriate equipment
Pay rate: $19/hr
