```Job Summary```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. ```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Server or in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Culinary background or knowledge is an asset
