Aesthetic Injector – RN, NP, or PA
Ageless Aesthetics is growing, and we are looking for another talented injector to join our team on the northwest side of Indianapolis.
We are looking for someone who truly loves aesthetics, takes pride in their work, and cares about giving clients beautiful, natural-looking results. This position is a great fit for someone who already has injecting experience and wants to keep growing in a busy, established practice with a supportive team.
We are not looking for someone who just wants a job. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of what we are building.
What you’ll be doing:
- Performing neurotoxin treatments such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or similar products
- Performing dermal filler treatments with products such as Juvederm, Restylane, RHA, Versa, or similar
- Performing or learning more advanced treatments such as Sculptra, Radiesse, or other biostimulators
- Consulting with clients and creating treatment plans that make sense for their goals
- Assessing facial anatomy and helping clients achieve refreshed, balanced, natural results
- Educating clients on treatment options, expectations, aftercare, and maintenance
- Documenting treatments accurately and following all safety protocols
- Working as part of a team that is professional, kind, and supportive
What we’re looking for:
- Active Indiana RN, NP, or PA license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
- Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Biostimulator experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Good eye for facial balance and natural results
- Warm, friendly, professional chairside manner
- Someone reliable, positive, and excited to keep learning
Bonus experience:
- Sculptra, Radiesse, or other biostimulators
- Lasers or energy-based devices
- PDO threads or other advanced aesthetic treatments
- Medical spa EMR systems
- Strong client retention or an existing client following
