Overview
We’re looking for a detail-driven, people-loving
Customer Service Representative who thrives in a creative environment and loves solving problems on the fly. You’ll be the go-to guide for our clients — helping them shape their ideas, navigate custom options, and move from “I need something amazing” to “Wow, it’s exactly what I wanted.”
In this role, you’ll work closely with both clients and our internal production team — quote custom projects, coordinate timelines, interpret design visions, handle data entry and organizational tasks, and keep things running smoothly from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities

Understand and interpret client design goals — and help shape them into practical solutions
Prepare accurate and thoughtful quotes (yes, we do a lot of custom work)
Guide clients through product and material options to find the best fit
Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
Track job progress and inform clients on order status
Assist with administrative tasks like order and payment entry, invoicing, and following up on accounts receivable
Support the team with project coordination and day-to-day office operations
Requirements
Have experience in customer service, account coordination, or sales support (bonus if it’s in print, marketing, or design)
Love helping people and can turn vague ideas into clear, actionable plans
Have an eye for detail and a head for juggling multiple projects
Understand creative and production processes — or are eager to learn
Feel confident writing professional emails and managing client relationships
Stay calm, kind, and curious under pressure
Are energized by custom work

Familiarity with quoting systems or print production tools
Basic design knowledge or experience working with creative teams
A knack for solving problems and explaining complex ideas simply
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
