Construction Intern
Established in Raleigh, NC in 1971, Piedmont Service Group is a privately held energy efficiency and facilities services company focused exclusively on helping commercial, industrial, institutional, and government organizations operate and maintain their buildings in a safe, healthy, and efficient manner. Our offices located across Virginia and the Carolinas allow us to serve our clients with a team of local accredited and licensed professionals.
We are currently looking for a Construction Intern to join our team.
Job requirements include:

0-5 years' experience in HVAC project management

Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products

Must possess excellent people and organizational skills.

Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required.

Must be self-motivated, and able to multitask.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Must have strong written and oral communication skills.

Must have excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 70lbs in assistance of loading, unloading and storing materials and equipment.
Essential job duties include but are not limited to:

Assisting in the planning and instrumentation of projects.

Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.

Conducting administrative duties such as setting up meetings, processing submittals, copying plans, and issuing purchase orders.

Installs in the field

Performing all other duties as assigned by Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner.
