Responsibilities

- Cultivate a strong organizational culture by fostering team development, leadership growth, and managerial communication.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business expansion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Proven management experience with a track record of leading at an executive level within a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience in profit & loss management, financial analysis using tools like Excel for data analysis, and strategic planning.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in business management, operations oversight, and process improvement methodologies such as lean management.
- Exceptional team management skills with experience in developing leaders and fostering high-performing teams through effective team leadership practices.
- Excellent managerial communication skills to articulate vision clearly and motivate teams at all levels.
- Background in sales growth strategies, business development initiatives, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to make informed decisions based on data analytics and market insights.
- Experience supervising diverse teams across multiple functions including operational management and strategic execution.
