A busy metro-area, union dealership is seeking an experienced Warranty Booker to join our service department.
Ideal candidates include former service managers, dispatchers, warranty administrators, or service advisors who understand dealership operations and have strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of General Motors and Hyundai warranty policies and procedures
- Experience reviewing repair orders, technician stories, labor operations, and supporting documentation
- Ability to identify missing or incorrect information before claims are submitted
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively with technicians and service management
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume union shop
This is a behind-the-scenes position with no customer contact. Clear communication with technicians and managers is essential.
