General Duties and Responsibilities (This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform, and is not intended to be all-inclusive):
- Assist machine operators to ensure daily schedule is completed.
- Prepare and stage materials and supplies in preparation for production.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to find opportunities for workflow improvements.
- Support inventory management by tracking materials and supplies in the warehouse.
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to bend, lift and squat while moving materials and shipments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
- Ability to work independently and exhibit good judgement.
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and document procedures.
- New hires must meet all Packaging Lab, Inc. employment qualifications in force at time of hiring including successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
