Position Details:
- Title: Office Administrator
- Company: Professional Pest Management
- Rate: $18-$20 per hour, Plus commission on inbound sales
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Invoice customers accurately and promptly
- Solve problems efficiently
- Communicate effectively on the phone with customers and prospective customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with invoicing and problem-solving
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Availability from Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the pest control industry is a plus!
- Proficiency with PestPac software is a plus!
