A shift Leader is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to their team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences and operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top-line sales. In addition, they are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Rocky Rococo, A&W, Cousins standards, franchisee standards, and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Complete all required training, including ServSafe certification.

Profitability: Drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.

Ensure the safety and security of the team and guests through a focus on preventative maintenance and cleanliness.

Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
Qualifications & Skills:

Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing (English)

At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma (or equivalent)

Travel Mart is a locally owned and operated gas station and convenience store chain in Central and South Central Wisconsin. Some of our locations also include food courts consisting of A&W, Rocky Rococo and/or Cousins Subs, providing a variety of career and growth opportunities.
