The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, and maintaining a positive, productive work environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys problem‑solving, and is ready to take the next step in hotel leadership.

Assist the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services

Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service

Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Support hiring, scheduling, and performance management

Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures

Help manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Oversee inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships

Step in as acting General Manager when needed

Previous hotel supervisory or management experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems (PMS) a plus
