Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Human Services or equivalent education and experience
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Role Description:
- This position provides support services to ensure consumers receive appropriate care in compliance with State and Federal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct agency-specific reviews to evaluate the quality of services provided to consumers
- Review written documentation and meet with consumers and stakeholders
- Monitor issues related to medical and financial eligibility
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Travel statewide as needed, including occasional overnight stays
