Expeditor – Supply Chain Coordinator
We are hiring an Expeditor to help keep materials and parts moving on time to support production schedules.
Responsibilities
- Track material shortages and late parts.
- Expedite raw materials, components, and outside processing.
- Follow up with suppliers on delivery dates.
- Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Receiving.
- Update delivery dates and status notes in the ERP system.
- Support daily production priorities and shortage reporting.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manufacturing, production control, planning, scheduling, or expediting experience.
- ERP/MRP system experience required.
- Epicor experience preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience is a plus.
Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
Work Environment: Manufacturing facility with regular interaction between the office and production floor. Occasional overtime may be required.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
