We are a growing provider of in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Northern Virginia, dedicated to supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As we continue to expand, we are seeking a passionate and experienced part-time BCBA to join our team and provide high-quality services in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Position Overview:
As a part-time BCBA, you will oversee services for individuals with ASD and guide a team of Behavior Technicians (BTs) responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans. This flexible role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while maintaining a work-life balance. The role is ideal for someone looking for part-time hours and flexibility in their schedule.
This is a primarily Telehealth position. In-person availability in the Northern Virginia area is required for intake assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete initial assessments and reassessments, develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to Behavior Technicians
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued progress toward goals
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans and provide parent training
- Document all assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Stay up to date with the latest research in ABA and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment plans
- Manage a minimum of 3 clients with opportunity to grow caseload based on availability
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in providing ABA therapy
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, particularly for working with individuals with ASD
- Previous experience providing ABA services, including experience with assessments and treatment plan development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to work in a flexible environment and travel to client homes within Northern Virginia
