Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- 1+ yrs of customer service experience, in field service / technical support experience OR experience in an administrative role required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency required
- Data entry skills required
- Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software products, Previous Help Desk or Technical Support Experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment preferred
- Experience with payroll processing or benefits administration preferred

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and field technicians to diagnose technical issues and deliver timely support solutions
- Record and maintain detailed documentation for point of sale system installations, customer troubleshooting interactions, and incoming purchase requests
- Coordinating the return and tracking of loaner equipment
- Creating and managing customer supply order tickets
- Assist in the development, updating and maintenance of MAPS installation guides, document new and existing procedures in alignment with organizational guidelines
- provide support to the HR department by assisting with various administrative tasks and HR functions as needed
