Clementon Park & Splash World is seeking a reliable, motivated Park Services Supervisor to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a team, and helping create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.
Basic Function
- Supervise and support the Park Services team during daily operations
- Ensure park grounds, restrooms, and guest areas remain clean and well-maintained
- Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and daily check-ins
- Perform routine inspections of park facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Provide training, coaching, and corrective direction to staff
- Respond to guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to maintain smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors and stand/walk for extended periods
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
