Therapy For Life (TFL), a well-respected family-owned clinic, is seeking an experienced licensed speech-language pathologist-assistant to join our multidisciplinary therapy team.
TFL provides an amazing workplace environment with multi-professional teams-occupational therapy, speech therapy, and behavior analysis. Our ST team is well established and is expanding. TFL is a pediatric, primarily in-clinic (accepts patients in school/in-home) work-setting that provides a classroom touch to child learning.

Responsibilities
The licensed speech-language pathologist-assistant will provide treatment to pediatric patients and help patients reach their maximum performance and to use skills learned to the fullest to function in the community.

Experience and Skill
- Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license required.
- Prior experience working with pediatric population with disabilities in clinical or educational settings
- Experience supporting clients with diverse needs through speech therapy interventions.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to time and documentation detail.
- · Warm personality & works well with speech therapists, behavioral health professionals, and graduate interns in the clinic
