Job Overview
Amaryllis is seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Driver to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This role combines freight handling, warehouse organization, and driving responsibilities. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating transit vans, refrigerated (reefer) trucks, and 26-foot box trucks.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles, including transit vans, reefer trucks, and 26-foot box trucks.
- Load and unload freight and materials.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficiency.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Follow all safety procedures when operating vehicles, equipment, and handling materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience operating commercial or heavy vehicles preferred.
- Familiarity with freight handling and safety procedures.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- DOT Medical Card required; assistance obtaining one may be available.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
