Job Overview
DoverStaffing is seeking temporary Campus Recycling Specialists to join our client's sustainability and environmental management team. This assignment will last indefinitely and has the potential to become full-time based on performance, attendance and client's vacant positions.

Working Hours: 6:55 AM – 3:25 PM (Monday – Friday) ~ Pay Rate: $16.00 hourly
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service recycling stations through pickup and delivery of recyclable waste at designated sites inside and outside of campus.
- Process paper and cardboard pick-up and drop-off.
- Maintain indoor and outdoor recycling containers in clean and sanitary condition.
- Monitor all recycling and solid waste disposal sites.
- Pick-up and deliver recycling containers.
- Perform other duties as assigned, as required by scope of work or customer needs.
Requirements:
- 1- 2 years' experience in recycling waste
- Submit an updated resume
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to lift 25 - 30 lbs.
- Must have a valid and active driver's license
- Must be able to consistently report to work daily and achieve high attendance level.
- This is a 40-hour week assignment.
- This assignment may start as early as July 13, 2026 or sooner.
