We're a locally owned, patient-centered physical therapy practice looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator / Patient Aide to become an important part of our team. What You'll Be DoingFront Desk & Patient Coordination
- Welcome patients with a warm, friendly smile and create an exceptional first impression
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient questions
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, obtain authorizations and verify insurance information
- Maintain accurate patient records using our electronic medical record system
Patient Aide
- Assist therapists by guiding patients through prescribed exercises
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
General Support
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors
- General housekeeping of the clinic
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Loves interacting with people and providing outstanding customer service
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team, takes initiative without being told
- Is dependable, has a strong work ethic organized, and eager to learn
- Is comfortable talking on the phone and communicating with patients
- Values a healthy, active lifestyle
- Is comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Experience with electronic medical records is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
Schedule
Part-Time
- Approximately 20-30hrs a week
- Flexibility to help cover shifts when teammates are out is appreciated
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to occasionally lift 20-30 pounds
Compensation
Pay: Competitive and based on experience.
