Job Title: Registered Nurse
Location: St. Louis, MO

Travel: St. Louis County and St. Charles County as needed
Agency Overview:
The Momentum Project LLC contracts with the Department of Mental Health to provided host home and ISL services to adults with developmental disabilities. Our Mission is to serve individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities with building momentum in their lives to reach their highest potential.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing oversight to host homes and ISL ensuring all requirement documentation is available and physician orders are being followed
- Be available to answer medical questions as needed
- Provide L1MA and nurse delegation training
- Completes a nursing summary once per month
- Be available by phone to provide nursing direction as needed
- See host home individuals within in 24 hours of placement and within 24 hours of being discharged from a hospital
- Maintains all required training
- Adheres to the policy and procedures manual
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Maintain a nurse's licenses
- Pass a background screening with the Family Care Safety Registry
Pay: $40.00 per hour
