- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as needed.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order at the community
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary during emergencies or investigations.
- Document incidents and prepare reports detailing any security breaches or unusual occurrences.
- Engage in conflict management to de-escalate potential disturbances.
Skills
- Certification in security-related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in surveillance technology, including CCTV systems.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
