2nd Shift Warehouse Associate

$22 an hour +overtime-Contract to Hire
This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a safe and clean workspace, and supports efficient warehouse operations to meet customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.

Unload, sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations.

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if certified).

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.

Verify shipping documents, packing slips, and inventory transactions.

Load outgoing shipments safely and efficiently.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Follow company safety procedures and comply with OSHA regulations.

Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational issues to management.

Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.

Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
