Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
- Prepare healthy, well-balanced meals according to specified dietary requirements or preferences, ensuring food safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies with proper technique to prevent injury.
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Conduct outdoor work as needed, including yard tidying or outdoor cleaning tasks to enhance curb appeal.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents or guests.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles.
- Strong cooking skills with knowledge of food safety standards and meal prep techniques.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- Knowledge of floor care procedures such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices essential for maintaining hygiene in kitchens and bathrooms.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and clear communication skills.
- Experience with laundry processes, custodial duties, and housekeeping management is highly desirable.
