Fuse Specialty Appliances, a retail distributor of high-end luxury appliances, seeks a Dispatch & Invoice Coordinator. The Dispatch & Invoice Coordinator, also known as “The Finisher,” is responsible for managing the dispatching of products to a customer and completing the invoicing process to ensure accurate and timely billing to Clients. They will work closely with various departments to ensure products are delivered on correct routes and invoices are processed correctly.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Schedule and dispatch delivery and install trucks to customer locations for the delivery and installation of luxury appliances. Ensure all deliveries are planned to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding delivery times and any changes to scheduled services. Provide updates and address customer concerns promptly.
- Plan and adjust delivery routes to minimize travel time, fuel consumption, and delays. Use dispatch software to monitor and optimize route efficiency.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to manage expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, customer interactions, and any issues that arise. Ensure all documentation is complete and entered into the company’s system.

Schedule: M-F 10:30am - 7:00 pm
