At Regal Staffing Services, we’re placing a detail-focused welding technician in South Fort Worth who thrives on transforming customer drawings into finished, production-ready parts. If fit-up, FCAW, and clean finishing are your strengths, this role puts them to work.
- Own the workflow: weld preparation, flux-core welding, and final weld finishing
- Partner with operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other instructions
- Apply blueprint interpretation and weld symbol knowledge to every joint
- Execute fabrication and grinding to meet dimensional and cosmetic standards
- Verify dimensions using tape measures and calipers
- Minimum 6 months of flux core welding with fit-up within the last two years
- Ability to pass a 1G Flux Core weld test and interview
- Reliability to work OT and rotating Saturdays when required
- Machines & technologies you'll use: Flux-Cored Arc Welder
- You should be proficient in: Welding Setups for Production
Pay Rate: $21.00/HR
Higher pay may be considered based on experience, weld test, and interview.
- Monday–Friday: 5:00am–1:30pm (OT to 3:30pm)
- Saturday: 5:00am–1:00pm (rotating, one week on/one week off)
Must be able to work OT and Saturdays when needed.
- Mon–Thurs: 4:00pm–12:30am (OT to 2:30am)
- Friday: 2:00pm–10:30pm
- Saturday: 1:00pm–9:00pm (rotating, one week on/one week off)
