Defiance Stamping looking for an experienced Tool and Die Maker Journeymen to join our team at our facility in Napoleon, OH.
1st Shift Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m and 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Starting pay range: $38.00 plus $1.00 shift bonus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build new Dies
- Performs preventative maintenance on Dies.
- Helps maintain an effective preventative maintenance program. Ensures all tools are properly fit for use.
- Ensures dies are press ready as the production schedule requires. And that they will produce parts that meet the quality
- Ability to run all Tool Room manual machines. ie. surface grinders, drill press, mill, lathe.
