About the Role
As a Laboratory Chemical Specialist, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality reagents essential for global scientific research and biotechnology advancements. You will leverage your technical expertise to manage chemical processing workflows, ensure rigorous quality standards, and maintain a safe environment through expert handling of hazardous materials.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex chemical manufacturing processes by interpreting scale data and technical scripts to ensure product precision.

Manage inventory levels and production scheduling within ERP systems to maintain seamless supply chain operations.

Oversee the safe storage, transportation, and disposal of regulated chemical waste in compliance with safety standards.

Serve as an active member of the hazardous material response team to mitigate risks and ensure operational continuity.

Troubleshoot equipment and process anomalies to minimize downtime and maintain high-quality output.

Perform in-process adjustments using precise mathematical calculations and unit conversions to meet strict quality specifications.
Qualifications-
Associate degree in a STEM-related field.

Ability to obtain and maintain HAZWOPER 24-hour Technician certification.

Medical clearance to participate in a respiratory protection program and utilize required PPE.

Capacity to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting up to 100 lbs.

Proficiency in inventory management and ERP software platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline.

Proven experience in independent chemical mixing and equipment troubleshooting.

Prior certification or experience as a Powered Industrial Truck Operator.
