Job Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated Technician in Training to join our service department. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are pursuing or interested in an automotive technician career. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians and service advisors while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repair tasks
- Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to dealership and manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures
- Participate in training and development programs
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Learn and apply service processes
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Automotive interest and mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to follow instructions and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
