About the Role
Leader Real Estate Photography is a growing real estate media company serving residential clients across Maryland, Delaware, and southeastern Pennsylvania. We handle everything — booking, client communication, editing, and delivery. Your only job is to show up and shoot.
This is a great fit for someone who loves photography, already owns the right gear, and wants flexible supplemental income without the overhead of running a business.
What You'll Do
- Photograph and film residential properties — interiors, exteriors, and key features
- Capture photo and video walkthroughs using iPhone and gimbal
- Follow shot lists provided per property
- Deliver raw files promptly after each shoot (we handle all editing)
What You Need
- iPhone 15 or newer (required — this is our production standard)
- DJI gimbal or equivalent stabilizer
- Reliable transportation within the MD/DE/PA tri-state area
- Able to work independently on location
- Punctual and professional when representing our brand on-site
Nice to Have
- Any prior real estate, architectural, or video photography experience
- Familiarity with the Cecil County / Wilmington / Chester County market
Compensation
- $125 per photography-only job
- $150 per photo + video job
- Estimated 1–2 jobs per month to start, growing as our client base expands
- Flexible scheduling coordinated around your availability
