Before & After School Site Lead Position Summary
The Site Lead is responsible for the daily operation of an Ivy League Kids program, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while providing leadership to staff and excellent customer service to families and school partners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the program and maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment.
- Supervise children and staff while ensuring appropriate ratios and compliance with all Ivy League Kids policies and procedures.
- Plan and lead activities, games, homework support, and outdoor play.
- Maintain accurate attendance, sign-in/sign-out records, and required program documentation.
- Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and management regarding program updates, incidents, and concerns.
- Coach and support staff, delegate responsibilities, and assist with training new employees.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, injuries, and behavioral situations, completing all required reports.
- Monitor program supplies, maintain a clean site, and help ensure the overall success of the program.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Two years of college in education, recreation, child development, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with school-age children; previous leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and pass all required background checks.

6:15am - 8:00am / 2:00pm-6:30pm
