Country Club Kennels & Training is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in caring for dogs and maintaining a clean, professional facility.
Part time or Full time or Seasonal with potential to stay on.
Pay: $16 to start but once knows and completes all tasks will get moved up to $20 per hour.
Please do not apply if you are looking for an easy job or simply want to "play with dogs." Working in a kennel is rewarding, but it is also physically demanding and requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
What You'll Do
- Care for dogs of all sizes and breeds
- Feed, water, exercise, and monitor dogs
- Clean kennels, runs, yards, and common areas
- Administer medications as instructed
- Assist with daycare and boarding operations
- Help maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized facility
- Interact professionally with clients and coworkers
Requirements
- Must be dependable and arrive on time for every shift
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays when scheduled
- Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be comfortable handling large, energetic dogs
- Must be able to stay busy and work independently without constant supervision
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to follow established procedures and safety protocols
This Position Is NOT a Good Fit If:
- You frequently call out of work or arrive late
- You spend excessive time on your phone while working
- You are uncomfortable cleaning up urine, feces, vomit, or other messes
- You are afraid of large dogs
- You prefer sitting behind a desk rather than being active throughout the day
- You are looking for a temporary job with limited commitment

Previous experience in a kennel, veterinary clinic, daycare, grooming facility, farm, or animal-related field is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
