Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofing Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of roofing and exterior repair services, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of roofing systems, including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and siding installation, while providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities
- Inspect roofs and exterior surfaces to identify damage or areas needing repair, utilizing blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Perform roofing repairs, including metal roofing, single-ply membrane installation, and restoration work, following detailed construction plans and schematics.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently to complete projects according to industry standards.
- Install siding, stucco, tile, trim carpentry elements, and masonry features as part of comprehensive exterior renovations.
- Follow construction safety protocols rigorously, including proper use of safety harnesses, ladder safety procedures, and adherence to workplace safety regulations.
- Conduct heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety at all times.
- Assist with construction estimating tasks and interpret technical schematics to ensure precise project execution.
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing, siding installation, or exterior building repairs.
- Knowledge of roofing materials such as metal roofing and single-ply membrane systems.
- Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and the proper use of safety harnesses and ladders.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, caulking techniques, trim carpentry, masonry, tile laying, framing carpentry, concrete forming or fabrication is a plus.
- Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills in restoration or remodeling projects.
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks regularly.

Pay: $27.63 - $33.28 per hour
