Overview
We are a kitchen cabinets wholesale company looking for an office assistant to create quotation for customer and schedule deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and provide exceptional customer support to clients. Professional customer service skill is required.
- Create quotation for customer.
- Schedule delivery and prepare documents for drivers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.
- Must be a fast learner if you don't have any experience in Cabinetry.
Experience
- Previous experience as an office assistant in a warehouse is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese is a PLUS.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
