The Production Technology team builds solutions supporting production, production finance and business affairs across multiple studios and distribution platforms. We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for some of our key applications.

Own and maintain the product roadmap for multiple applications

Identify opportunities to improve workflows through technology

Align priorities with business goals and stakeholder needs

Define and own metrics to measure adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact post-launch

Conduct discovery to surface user and business pain points

Translate complex business requirements into actionable product specs

Build trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholders

Identify, communicate, and mitigate product risks and issues

Collaborate closely with developers in the role of subject matter expert

Lead change management efforts to ensure business preparedness and user adoption

Triage user reported issues and prioritize fixes within the backlog

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

7+ years of product management experience

Strong background in business relationship management

Strong analytical and data skills

Ability to understand complex systems and end-to-end business processes

Ability to produce high-quality product specifications and documentation

Experience delivering custom software projects from discovery through launch

Experience partnering with the business on user acceptance testing

Experience delivering financial systems

Experience managing a product backlog

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple products

Experience working at a major studio in television production

Experience with enterprise financial systems (SAP)

Experience with data and analytics platforms (Snowflake, Cortex AI)

Experience with AI productivity tools (Claude Cowork, Cursor, Copilot)

Experience with Airtable
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA $155,700.00-$208,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
