Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Hybrid Scrum Master and Product Owner to join our growing Information Technology team. This blended role combines product ownership and Scrum leadership responsibilities to ensure technology initiatives remain aligned, organized, and moving forward. Based in South Florida, you will partner with IT and business stakeholders in the United States and coordinate closely with KR’s global delivery team in Bengaluru.
Product Ownership
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs across AI Applications, Data Lake, Salesforce, and other strategic initiatives
- Maintain the complete work item hierarchy, including Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks
- Ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, priorities, and dependencies are clearly defined and sprint ready
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and establish product direction
- Serve as the primary decision maker regarding product scope and priorities
- Lead backlog refinement sessions to ensure work is estimated, technically understood, and free from ambiguity
Scrum Leadership
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
- Configure and maintain Jira and Azure DevOps boards, workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and work item hierarchies
- Remove impediments and protect sprint commitments across multiple delivery teams
- Track and report velocity, burndown, cycle time, and cumulative flow
- Coach teams on Agile principles and delivery best practices
- Translate retrospective feedback into measurable improvement actions
Global Team Coordination
- Serve as the primary Agile coordinator between stakeholders in the United States and KR’s Bengaluru delivery team
- Align sprint schedules, ceremonies, priorities, and deliverables across time zones
- Ensure delivery teams remain informed, supported, aligned, and focused
- Partner with the PMO Lead to apply SAFe principles across strategic initiatives
Connect planning activities, program increment goals, and delivery roadmaps

Requirements
- Five or more years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or both
- At least two years of experience in a blended Scrum Master and Product Owner role
- Hands on experience configuring and managing Jira and Azure DevOps
- Experience with boards, workflows, sprint structures, automation rules, dashboards, and work item hierarchies
- Current SAFe certification, such as SAFe Agilist, SAFe Product Owner and Product Manager, or SAFe Scrum Master
CSM, PSM, CSPO, or PSPO certification strongly preferred
