Victory Collegiate Academy is hiring Paraprofessionals for the 2025-2026 school year. We’re looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about education and want to support student learning in a dynamic classroom environment.
Assist the lead teacher in classroom instruction and management
Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning
Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Supervise students in various settings (classroom, cafeteria, recess, etc.)
Support lesson preparation and classroom organization
Monitor student behavior and progress, reporting to the lead teacher
Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet student needs
Perform other duties as assigned by administration
