We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Salon Assistant / Shampoo Technician to join a high-standard, client-focused salon environment.
At The Hair Doctor Brand, we specialize in healthy hair care and premium client experiences. Every service begins at the shampoo bowl—this role is essential to delivering the level of care and consistency our clients expect.
This is not just a support role. This is a key position in maintaining excellence within the salon.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality shampoo services with attention to scalp care and cleanliness
- Prepare clients for services efficiently and professionally
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
- Support stylist throughout services as needed
- Reinforce product knowledge and client care during the service experience
- Ensure each client feels relaxed, cared for, and valued
Non-Negotiables
- Must be clean, polished, and well-groomed at all times
- Must have strong personal hygiene
- Must be able to follow instructions exactly as trained
- Must be punctual, dependable, and professional
- Must be open to feedback and correction
- Must take pride in delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience
Ideal Candidate
- Has salon or shampoo experience (preferred but not required)
- Takes initiative and does not wait to be told everything

Schedule
- Tuesday: 8am-1pm
- Wednesday- Friday: 9am-6pm
- Some Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1pm
